DevNova grants users a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to utilize all client-side tools for personal, educational, research, and commercial software development purposes. You are entirely free to copy, modify, distribute, and incorporate generated CSS snippets (including glassmorphism, gradients, and box shadows), converted data formats, and cryptographic outputs directly into your proprietary or open-source software applications without attribution or licensing fees.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When utilizing DevNova utilities, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or compromise the availability or security of DevNova infrastructure or hosting networks.
• Employ automated scrapers or abusive traffic scripts that generate unreasonable load on our content delivery networks.
• Use DevNova tools to deliberately manufacture or distribute malicious code, exploit payloads, or unlawful content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand assets, visual design layouts, logos, CSS styling systems, and site architecture of DevNova are the exclusive intellectual property of DevNova. User-generated inputs, outputs, and converted snippets remain the sole property of the respective user.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

DevNova is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. While our algorithms are developed to adhere to international standards (including RFC 7519 for JWT, RFC 4122 for UUID generation, and W3C WCAG 2.1 specifications), DevNova does not warrant that calculations are infallible, uninterrupted, or suitable for mission-critical life-support, nuclear, or financial transaction systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevNova, its developers, contributors, and hosting providers shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
